I’m a forty six year old SAP Consultant and have been riding bikes for the last twenty five years.

I started with a fiendishly fast Puch Maxi. It had 50cc of pure power, which was often substatially increased by pedalling like hell.

In the traffic light Grand Prix I would start pedalling when the lights going across the junction changed to red.

My objective was just to get to the other side before the traffic zoomed past me.

After a few months of that I realised I needed more power. I have had several bikes since then but have always loved big singles. This is why I now have a 640 KTM Adventure. It can do anything and is the only bike I need.
