Why
was my clutch dragging?
The missing rivet head was caught behind the outer and inner clutch hubs
and munching its way through the inner one.
I had asked the parts guy at KTM Auckland to order me a whole new outer
clutch hub even though they had the parts in stock to make one (just in
case they buggered it up). He failed to order it so they made me one.
Look at the difference in rivet pressure between the two:
